Refund & Return Policy – Politique de Remboursement et de Retour

1. Custom-Made Products – No Return / Produits personnalisés – Pas de retour

All products sold on bong.markets are custom-made to order (poupées, jouets et articles du quotidien personnalisés). Once an order is placed and production has begun, the product is uniquely created for you and cannot be resold, reused, or modified.

Therefore, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), which exempts personalized goods from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has started.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order – including customization details, size, color, and quantity – before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions / Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

📦 Damaged product – The item arrived visibly damaged or broken
❌ Wrong item – You received a product that does not match your order
⚠️ Manufacturing defect – The product has a clear quality defect not caused by shipping

To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Provide your order number
Send clear photos or videos showing the issue

3. Refund Process / Processus de remboursement

If your claim is approved:

A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, OR
A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to assess each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Order Cancellation / Annulation de commande

Orders may be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. After this window, cancellations are not possible as your item will already be in production.

5. Non-Eligible Claims / Cas non éligibles

The following situations are not eligible for a return or refund:

Change of mind after order confirmation
Incorrect customization details provided by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen display differences
Delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers
