2. Products / Produits

All products sold on bong.markets are custom-made to order (poupées, jouets, articles du quotidien personnalisés). Products are sourced via dropshipping from international suppliers. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing.

3. Ordering / Commande

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You accept these Terms of Service in full

An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. The contract of sale is formed at the time of payment confirmation.

4. Prices / Prix

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices include applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment / Paiement

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Shopify Payments
  • PayPal (where available)

All transactions are secured and encrypted. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Shipping / Livraison

Orders are shipped internationally via our dropshipping suppliers. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Custom Products – No Return Policy / Produits personnalisés – Pas de retour

As all our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), which excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Exceptions apply only in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged products upon arrival
  • Incorrect item shipped (not matching your order)

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bondhruaamar@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property / Propriété intellectuelle

All content on bong.markets (logos, images, text, design) is the property of bong.markets or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability / Limitation de responsabilité

bong.markets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law / Droit applicable

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. For EU consumers, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
