At bong.markets, we operate as an international dropshipping store. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers worldwide. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time / Délai de traitement
All products are custom-made to order. After payment confirmation, please allow:
- 3–7 business days for production and preparation
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at bondhruaamar@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Costs / Frais de livraison
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders – check the product page or promotions for details.
5. Order Tracking / Suivi de commande
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website or a tracking service such as 17track.net.
Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes / Douanes, droits et taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages / Colis perdus ou retardés
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- First, check your tracking number for updates
- Contact your local post office or customs office
- If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at bondhruaamar@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
